- 1/2 cup steamed yams
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 banana
- 5-7 chunks of canned papaya
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 ice cubes
- Splash of lemon juice
Throw all of your ingredients into a blender and whip it up!
I use a Vitamix blender, which I HIGHLY recommend if you make a lot of smoothies, t’s my favorite kitchen tool!

- Throw all of the ingredients into a mixer and blend until smooth!
