However, the correlation didn’t take long to reach the mama masses and news spread like wild fire.

Soon after this explosion of Pink Drink sales, Starbucks made the drink a year-round menu item.

However, if you want to make the best copycat Pink Drink Recipe, you’ll have to settle for a slightly different flavor. 

Unfortunately, and strategically of course, Starbucks does not sell the Strawberry Acai Refresher packets straight to the public. 

Even so, the alternative flavor option is just as refreshing and will still give you the same “pink drink” experience and effect!

Here’s a second homemade Pink Drink Recipe.

Unlike the copycat pink drink you saw above, this one is completely DIY and a little further away from the original. Even so, this version is still hydrating and honestly, even more cost effective!

Homemade Pink Lactation Drink

Yield: 16oz
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Here's a homemade version of the Pink Drink you can make in large batches to help stay hydrated while breastfeeding and boost your milk supply in return.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry Juice
  • 1/2 C. Organic Coconut Milk
  • Dehydrated Strawberries

Instructions

  1. In your favorite tumbler, add your dehydrated strawberries and ice.
  2. Poor over 1/2 cup cran-strawberry juice.
  3. Add the 1/2 cup of coconut milk and stir to combine.
  4. Drink up to make more milk!
